Within the data page, there are 2 data type labels: 1) ScopeMark and 2) Library.
ScopeMark is the data that comes with the system. This data set can be turned on or off depending on your agreement with SCOPE Better. The ScopeMark data is data that has been gathered globally from over 1000's of agencies and provides a global average and pre-defined of discipline, deliverable and component names and resource make up as well as some average pre-defined third party costs.
Library data is data that has been loaded into SCOPE Better specifically for your business to use. It is usually your baseline data set used for creating scopes and standardises deliverables, components and third party pricing and terminology. Your library data is bespoke to you - it will be named in a way that matches your business requirements and contains your businesses standard deliverables and components as well as third party costs.
Within the data page, whether a data item is a ScopeMark item or a Library item will be clearly labelled with one of the above labels.
