Overview
This guide will explain how to manually add an individual Task into the SCOPE Better System.
Prerequisites
- You must be signed in to your SCOPE Better Account.
- You must have the right 'User Permissions' enabled on your account.
Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1- Sign in to SCOPE Better
Log in at scope.expert using your account.
Step 2- Open "Manage"
- From the main navigation, click Manage and the select 'Data'
Click 'Tasks' on the left hand side
Step 3- Add Task
- Click on the orange '+ Add Task' button on the right hand side
- Select Task Name, Rate Card and add a description
- Click create task
Step 4 - Add Roles
- Click on the orange '+ Add Roles' button on the right hand side
Select which departments and roles you want to add to your Task
Step 5- Add Role hours
Add hours to each role that you have selected to be loaded against your newly created task.
After the Task has been created
Once the manual task has been created you will be able to access this task when scoping via 'Scope By Role' as a saved task.
