How to add a custom Discipline

Overview

This guide explains how to add new scope disciplines into the system. These disciplines will be used to group your library services together (deliverables & components).

Prerequisites

1. You must be signed in to your SCOPE Better Account.
2. You must have the right 'User Permissions' enabled on your account to access the 'Data' page.

Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1- Click Manage and select 'Data'

Click on the Manage tab and navigate to the Data page

Step 2- Select Disciplines

Select 'Disciplines' on the left hand side of the data page.

Step 3- '+Add Discipline'

Step 4- Create your new Custom Discipline

Create your new discipline by adding a 'Discipline name' and 'discipline description' and click 'add discipline.
