Bulk edit your components

Managing your components within the Data tab can be done with bulk actions to speed up the data management process. 

Go to 'Manage'

Go to 'Data'

1. Search for the deliverable with the components listed that needs to be managed
2. Select the deliverable from the list
3. Click '...' top right hand corner of the components section
4. Select/deselect 'selection mode'
5. Select/deselect 'bulk menu'
6. Check the components to be managed
7. Choose the required 'Bulk action' from the dropdown list
8. Choose the required 'Selection' option from the dropdown list
9. Select 'Apply'
10. Confirm your action

To confirm your changes: 

• Review the items listed to make sure the correct components have been selected. 
• Confirm your changes
