How to Find and Replace Roles within a Scope

Overview

This guide will explain how to find and replace roles within a Scope of work, allowing the user to replace unwanted roles with another on mass.

Prerequisites

1. You must be signed in to your SCOPE Better Account.
2. You must have the right 'User Permissions' enabled on your account.
3. You have at least one scope created.

Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1- Go to 'My Scopes' tab and select Scope of Work

Step 2 Select Find and Replace within your Scope of work

1. On the Scope Overview page click on the three dots next to 'Create New'
2. Select 'Find and Replace Staff'

Step 3- Choose your role to find and replace

1. Search role you want to replace
2. Search new role to replace existing one
3. Choose which items to replace the role in
4. Optional (Replace All items)
5. Confirm Selection
