Overview
This guide will explain how to find and replace roles within a Scope of work, allowing the user to replace unwanted roles with another on mass.
Prerequisites
- You must be signed in to your SCOPE Better Account.
- You must have the right 'User Permissions' enabled on your account.
- You have at least one scope created.
Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1- Go to 'My Scopes' tab and select Scope of Work
Step 2 Select Find and Replace within your Scope of work
- On the Scope Overview page click on the three dots next to 'Create New'
- Select 'Find and Replace Staff'
Step 3- Choose your role to find and replace
- Search role you want to replace
- Search new role to replace existing one
- Choose which items to replace the role in
- Optional (Replace All items)
- Confirm Selection
