How can I move all recommended components into the Deliverable Builder?

When a user is in the Deliverable Builder page building out their Scope they have the ability to select all the recommended components available in one go add these to their deliverable. 

To select all recommended components in the Deliverable Builder:

1. Go to your Component Panel and click on the star icon.
2. Click Select all components, it will open the confirmation window
3. Click Continue to confirm
