Overview
This guide will explain how to add individual agency roles from within Rate Cards in the SCOPE Better platform.
Prerequisites
- You must be signed in to your SCOPE Better Account.
- You must have the right 'User Permissions' enabled on your account.
- You must have at least one Rate Card created.
Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1- Head to Manage -> Rate cards page
- Click Manage
- Click Rate Cards
Step 2- Select Rate Card to edit
Choose the Rate card
Step 3- Add Agency role
- Select any department by clicking on it
- Type role name into role name input field
- Type role rate into role rate input field
- Type role cost into role cost input field
- Click 'Add' button and new role will be added into the department immediately
Step 4- Cascade Changes
- Select 'Yes, create new entries for all items in library'
