How can I create a Custom Deliverable?

Overview

This guide explains how to add custom deliverables to your scope of work and how to edit the deliverable to fit the needs of your project. Custom Deliverables can be added by certain users when creating a scope of work if and when they are not able to find the Deliverable they need from the list of already created deliverables.

Prerequisites

1. You must be signed in to your SCOPE Better Account.
2. You must have created or be a collaborator in a Scope of Work
3. You must have the right 'User Permissions' enabled on your account.

Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1- Select 'Create new'

From the Scope overview page click on the orange 'create new' button

Step 2- Select 'Deliverable'

From the drop down list select and click 'deliverable'

Step 3- Click 'Create Custom Deliverable'

Step 4- Complete 'Add Deliverable form'

1. Add deliverable Name
2. Add deliverable description
3. Select Discipline 
4. Select Item type 'Deliverable'

Step 5- Select Set up before adding or quick

1. Click set up before adding to add components to your deliverable
2. Click Quick add to add empty deliverable to your scope
