Improvements

'Output Template - No2' has received  multiple improvements:

1. Colour of text has been changed to black
2. Date format has been changed
3. Each email in the document now has a hyperlink
4. Redundant lines have been removed 
5. Table borders have been hidden
6. Table headers have been changed
7. Text-align has been updated
8. 'OOP Tool Expenses' and staffing plan tables have been updated
9. Document footer was updated. User is able to customize it using specific variables: ${scope:name}, ${scope:version}, ${scope:year} and ${document:generated:date}.

Bug fixes

1. Fixed an issue, when user was unable to insert the component item into scope after specific actions (SE-1568).
2. Fixed an issue, when user turns on/off output editor setting and was redirected to a white label error page (SE-1378).
3. Fixed an issue, when user was able to add a location with a not listed country (SE-1445).
4. Fixed an issue, when the status filter does not work on Scope Of Work (SE-1521).
5. Fixed an issue, when tooltips for agency roles mapping in ratecard was not displayed after a click(SE-1583).
6. Fixed an issue, when user was able to add agency role with invalid rate and cost (SE-1580).
