Improvements:

1. Quantity column was removed from component view

Due to low informativeness 'Quantity' column was removed from the component view. Now interface more comfortable and clean.

2. Library component now may be viewed in different rate cards of scope

Now user has the ability to add library components to scopes with different rate cards if their disciplines are the same.

3. Added ability to use library components from previous version of rate card by mapping it on the fly

Added ability to create a temporary component in Library for the component from new rate card version that was created without updating library items on modal request.

Bug fixes:

1. Fixed an issue where deleting a shared folder not updated on shared settings straight away(SE-1290)
2. Fixed an issue where SOW budget was cleared after publishing sow to client(SE-1371)
3. Fixed an issue where 'Total Resource Required sum' was displayed in £ currency  not depending on ratecard's currency(SE-1483)
4. Fixed an issue where creating a deliverable template with name that repeats part of name for another deliverable template causes error 'Deliverable name already exists'(SE-1293)
5. Fixed issue where incorrect data format was displayed in exported file for the dashboard graph(SE-1298)
6. Fixed issue where agency approved filter was working incorrectly and showing all scopes(SE-1307)
7. Fixed issue where client was duplicated after multiple clicks on 'Add Client' button(SE-1322)
8. Fixed issue where huge budget numbers caused "Something Went Wrong" error message(SE-1462)
9. Fixed issue where zeros before discount was not truncated(SE-1382)
10. Fixed issue where 'Agency Hours' column was overlapped by 'Agency Price' column(SE-1383)
