Bug fixes:

1. Fixed an issue where user was not able to interact with the page after adding new custom deliverable with non-existing type(SE-1345)
2. Fixed an issue where in custom case scope list was empty after filtering by budget(SE-1338)
3. Fixed an issue where duplication was broken after attempt to duplicate scope for client with different rate card(SE-1358)
4. Fixed an issue where archived scopes were disappearing from the list(SE-1375)
5. Fixed an issue where user was not able to sort Library by any column(SE-1387)
6. Fixed an issue where 'Insert into' button was displaying code injection in custom case(SE-1389)
7. Fixed an issue where new version for ratecard was created without any approval from user(SE-1397)
8. Fixed an issue where discipline details were not opening for the deliverable on 'Library' page(SE-1398)
9. Fixed an issue where corresponding error message was missing after attempt to upload library component with incorrect format(XLS or XLSX)(SE-1265)
10. Fixed an issue with using '…' button on pagination in 'Advanced search'(SE-1266)
11. Fixed displaying of start date and end date while creating Scope. Now there is 3 months difference between these dates by default(SE-1393)
12. Fixed an issue when after removing one of filters on 'Library' page all other filters were reseted(SE-1395)
13. Fixed an issue where filter menu was not automatically closed after clicking on 'Clear' button(SE-1343)
