Overview
When your organization has a number of output format Master Templates available, you may need to make a selection of which output to use for it to be output/downloaded or for it to be exported via Adobe Sign or DocuSign.
Pre-Requisites
- Users must have a SCOPE Better account
- The system will have more than one Master Output Template set up
- Users have the permissions to output
Step-By-Step Instructions

Creating a scope, be sure to choose the output (PDF / Word and/or Excel) when filling in the 1st stage of the scope form
2. Create your scope (for help on scope creation, see here)
Once you have populated your scope, and are ready to output, you can swap the output that was previously selected at scope creation for another option if needed. For example, you need to create an Estimate, and then a Change Order.
To swap the output for a different Master Template, see below detail:

Within your scope, go to 'Output Editor'
2. Choose the icon to 'Chang
e Master Template'
3. View the new Master output template required from the options available (pre-set) by your organization
4. Choose 'Use this template' for the output you need to switch to
5. See the Master Output Template name change
This new Master Output Template will be applied to your scope.
