Overview
This guide explains the different document output options available to scope creators.
Pre-Requisites
- User must have a SCOPE Better account
- User must have created a scope, or be part of a Team of a created scope
- Scope should have deliverables, components and/or tasks
Step-By-Step Instructions
When outputting your scope, there are different format options available:
- MS Word
- MS Excel
- Export as .csv
- Adobe Sign
- DocuSign
Your organization may only select to utilize one or some of the above options, or your user permissions may only allow you to output to certain formats.
Exporting as .csv and Excel will export the contents of your scopes to SCOPE Better, out-of-the-box document formats (Staff Plans, detailed output and Total Hours by Dept). Unless your organization has a custom Excel output set up, in which case you may be able to select from an Excel format that has been created specifically for your business (Custom output).
Exporting to a signature tool such as DocuSign or Adobe Sign means that the PDF format of your scope output selected will be pushed directly through DocuSign or AdobeSign without providing the scope user with a downloaded document.
