What does role mapping mean in Role Configuration?

SCOPE Better Role mapping option in your agency Role Configuration lets you map your agency role to SCOPE Better roles which are standard across all agencies in the sector.

If you map your agency role to a standard Scope role, it becomes visible as a resource of a component in Deliverable Builder wherever the mapped standard Scope role exists.

To do this a user will need to navigate to 'Manage' then Ratecard and select the chosen Ratecard.
