How do I delete my agency roles?

Overview

This guide will explain how to delete individual agency roles from within Rate Cards in the SCOPE Better platform.

Prerequisites

1. You must be signed in to your SCOPE Better Account.
2. You must have the right 'User Permissions' enabled on your account.
3. You must have at least one Rate Card created.

Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1- Head to Manage -> Rate cards page 

1. Click Manage
2. Click Rate Cards

Step 2- Select Rate Card to edit

1. Choose the Rate card

   

Step 3- Delete Agency Roles

1. Select Department
2. Select role
3. Click delete icon
4. Save changes

Step 4- Cascade Changes

1. Select 'Yes, create new entries for all items in library'
