Bug fixes:

1. Fixed an issue when set approvals were not applied when a user assigned a Permission Profile to member (SE-3311).

2. Fixed an issue when 'Deliverable Fee' variable didn't display the currency symbol (SE-3348).

3. Fixed an issue when user couldn't edit and save TPCs on 'Library' page after certain actions (SE-3081).

4. Fixed an issue when green banner appeared if user tried to unmerge role on 'Library Deliverable Builder' page (SE-3379).

5. Fixed an issue when green banner appeared if user tried to change Word Output Template in Scope Template on 'Output' tab (SE-3413).

6. Fixed an issue when autosave didn't happen if user added a content block in Single Scope on 'Output' Template (SE-3447).

Improvements:

1. Added an ability for a child account to add members from parent account as collaborator, reviewer and approver in Single Scope or Folder on 'Team' tab.
