Bug fixes:

1. Fixed an issue for when ScopeMark third party costs were missing 'Unit Cost' column value on 'Data' page, then the 'Mark-Up' column value would show as '0' instead of set data when adding TPC into a single scope (SE-3225).

2. Fixed an issue when users trafficked Single Scope to SmartSheet management platform with deliverable set quantity over '1', it would display as '1' when trafficked. (SE-3252).

3. Fixed an issue when user created a client and assigned Custom Folder Template to it, client would still have 'Default Folder Template' assigned to him (SE-3286).

4. Fixed an issue when user couldn't connect to DocuSign (SE-3370).
