Displaying Scope Actuals feature has been released

This feature will provide agency users an ability to view Sold Vs Actual information in Scope Deliverable Summary Page.

As can be seen from the image above, agency users will be able to see Sold Vs Actuals information in Scope Deliverable Summary Page by turning on Show Actuals setting in the box menu. The option is available for Trafficked and completed scopes, only.

The scope deliverables are not editable after they are exported to Third Party Management system, however, agency users will be able to expand each deliverable to see what components and resources included. 

As can be seen from the image above, agency users will be able to expand each deliverable to see more details. Actual and percentage completion will be displayed for each Deliverable and Scope Total values. 100% percent completed deliverable will be shown as Done.

Each deliverable will display an information icon next to actual agency hours. The icon colour will be either red or green. When agency users hover over the information icon then the system will display an information about the parentage completion and predicted totals. If the deliverable’s predicted actual hours lead to positive over servicing rate then the icon’s colour will be red. However, if the value is negative then the icon’s colour will be green.
