New version of Scope home page provides a convenient way of scope filtering. They are: status filters and advanced filter
Top status filter
Three filter boxes on the top will help you to sort scopes according to scope current status. All boxes display scopes amount and filter results only for those scopes that have been changed since last login date. Thus top filter is designed to be a kind of reminder to keep you up to date about everything that happened since your last login. If this is not required, you may use hide panel action to dismiss and hide filtered boxes.
Scopes to review and approve will display only scopes in Submitted and Reviewed statuses, that were submitted or reviewed since last login.
New scopes have been created will display scopes that have been created since last login.
Scopes have been approved will display scopes, approved since last login
Advanced filter
To slide this filter you should use Filter button on the right side of the page. The filter has the following sections:
In Folder section is used to filter the scopes that were placed into folders or are stand-alone
Date allows to filter by action (created, approved) and date of the action
Creator filters to scopes created by a specific user
Status section displays the scopes in the selected status
Budget is used to display scopes that fit a specified budget range
Currency section displays only scopes for selected currency
Deliverable and Component section displays only scopes containing specified deliverable or component
Trafficked filter will help display only the scopes that were (or were not) trafficked to external systems
The 'reset filters' button at the bottom of the filters menu is used to dismiss all filter conditions.
Using a 'Search' input field you can search for any scope using its name. You can type the full scope name or only part of it. Only matching to search query scopes will be displayed on page.
