The Library page is shown above. It contains the following sections:
( 1 ) Item type filter which can be used to display the items of the specific type or all. The number in each filter box displays the amount of appropriate items already saved in the library within that section (i.e. deliverables or components).
( 2 ) Library search field allows to search library components by their name.
( 3 ) 'Add Item' button which can be used to add Deliverables, Fixed Cost Deliverables Components, Fixed Cost Components, Third Party Costs and Folders to the library.
( 4 ) 'Filter' button allows user to filter library items by 'Members', 'Ratecard', 'Date Created' and 'Discipline' - simply choose 'on / off' to view.
( 5 ) Applied filter tag shows which filter is applied in library. To deselect, select the 'x'.
( 6 ) Library element list shows library items to user once filters have been applied.
( 7 ) Pagination section shows to user quantity of library items on page and the current library page number.
( 8 ) 'View archived items' button allows user to see archived/unarchived library items.
