How should I edit or modify library items – Scope

Deliverable

Deliverable library item allows full modification.

From the Library page use (...) (1) to open the menu for the selected deliverable item

Use Rename to change the name of the selected deliverable

Use Duplicate to create a duplicate of the selected deliverable

Use Archive to archive the selected deliverable. Archived deliverable may be unarchived later

Use Delete to delete the selected deliverable

Use Move to move the deliverable to the folder

Component library item allows full modification.

From the Library page use (...) (1) to open the menu for the selected component item

Use Rename to change the name of the selected component

Use Duplicate to create a duplicate of the selected component

Use Archive to archive the selected component. Archived component may be unarchived later

Use Delete to delete the selected component (this will delete all sizes)

Use Move to move the component to a folder within the library

Folder library item allows full modification.

On the Library page use (...) (1) to open the menu for the selected folder item

Use Rename to change the name of the selected folder

Use Archive to archive the selected folder. Archived folder may be unarchived later

Use Delete to delete the selected folder

Use Move to move the folder to another folder

Use Share Settings to share a folder between members of specific groups

Third party cost library item allows full modification.

On the Library page use (...) (1) to open the menu for the selected component item

Use Rename to change the name of the selected third party cost item

Use Duplicate to create a duplicate of the selected third party cost item

Use Archive to archive the selected third party cost item. Archived third party cost item may be unarchived later

Use Delete to delete the selected third party cost item

Use Move to move third party cost item to the folder
