Public API on Swagger
We extensively updated our Public API endpoints in v2.0 on Swagger:
- Rate card endpoints: create, delete, update rate cards including roles metadata
- Clients (second-party) endpoints: create, delete, update clients, by internal or external client ID
- Rate cards to clients association: create, remove or update, by internal or external client ID
- Disciplines: create and delete
- TPCs: create, delete and update library TPCs including metadata
- Library components: create, delete and update library components including metadata and roles breakdown
- Library deliverable: create, delete and update library deliverables
- Scope: update scope’s dynamic fields
- Parent child sharing down: share or unshare the parent client or rate cards down to child accounts
- Webhook on scope creation: we can now inform the external systems about scope creation, to trigger downstream workflows
Parent child improvement
- Adding API endpoint for sharing parent client and rate card data to child accounts removed the need of manually administrating parent data through UI
Supported currencies
- Added Philippine Peso, Romanian Leu and Indian Rupee
Scope building UX
- Added ability to bring the numbers of components to zero by clicking “plus” and “minus” buttons next to quantity field
- When adding deliverables to scope, users can now filter library deliverables to only those created for a selected rate card
- Templates: when using scope templates, users can see in which version of rate card they were created thus being informed if it’s not up to date
Output editor
- Improved Adobe Sign compatibility by removing the unsupported characters from document payload
- Updated and re-released out-of-the box templates based on user feedback
Scenario pricing
- Increased the number of traffickable scenario fields to 200
-
Added configurable fee prompts to scenarios export/import functionality
Permissions UX
- Users will be automatically removed from the list of Collaborators, Reviewers, Approvers and Traffickers if they are removed from Super-collaborators, Super-reviewers, Super-approvers and Super-traffickers thus removing extra step from the config journey
