Adobe Acrobat Sign Integration
- Ability to generate a pdf or excel document with the scope content and send it through Adobe Sign for the clients’ signature and approval
- Configured once for a designated Adobe Sign user, other authorized SCOPE users can generate Adobe Sign documents on behalf of this Adobe Sign user
- Ability to restrict the availability of Adobe Sign feature per user/ per stage of approval flow
- Ability to add the signature elements to the customized document or spreadsheet
Scenario pricing (Beta release)
We are delighted to announce a beta-release of our brand-new feature that combines elements of guided selling and rule-based price and quantity or services modification:
With this feature, we empower admin users to guide sales and account managers in building scopes of work by suggesting or enforcing a selection of services based on configuration questionnaires.
Below is a snippet of the configuration form created and controlled by the admin users:
Features:
- Ability to create complex formulas to calculate services configurations
- Ability to set up elaborate conditional rules to drive the creation of combinations of services
- Apply fees or discounts based on rules and calculations
- Modify quantities or prices of scope components based on additional pricing dimensions and conditions
- Create multiple scenarios/questionnaires for various use cases
- The feature is not available with the standard license
Scenario pricing (Guided selling) additions:
- Fee and Discount prompt. With this feature the users of scenario pricing can automatically get Fees and Discounts applied to the scopes they are building based on the rules set by the admin.
- We addressed UI feedback from the pilot users and improved the way the questions retain the order set up by the admins, and how the unanswered questions are treated in the downstream formulas and conditional logic.
Unionpoint integration
We released the connectors for Unionpoint-based integrations for:
- Maconomy
- Salesforce
- Smartsheet
Platform Performance
We have refactored the code to improve response time in some heavy-traffic areas of the platform.
Bugs and improvements
- Approval flow bug: when deliverables accepted in bulk, user needed to reload the page
- Template: Stages didn’t keep their order when a new scope was created
- Dashboards: Total scoped hours were showing as “zero” for some users
- Dynamic fields: users shouldn’t be able to start scoping until the mandatory dynamic fields are filled out
- Users landing on the undefined.scopes URL
- Scope by role: hours change to minutes format when in Approval stage
- Create a component form: user couldn't add price with decimals
