How to Export Scopes to AdobeSign
This guide will walk you through the process of exporting your scope documents to AdobeSign for signatures.
Note
The AdobeSign integration allows you to seamlessly send scope documents from SCOPE Better directly to AdobeSign for signature collection. SCOPE Better does not store signed documents. Your AdobeSign account will continue to be the source of truth for these.
Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1: Select AdobeSign as Your Export Option
When your scope is ready to be sent for signatures:
- Navigate to the Export Output bottom right of the Scope Overview page
- From the list of export options, select Export to AdobeSign
- This option will prepare your scope document for the AdobeSign workflow
Step 2: Configure Signer Information
Once you've selected AdobeSign, you'll need to add the required email addresses:
- Client email address - Enter the email of your client who needs to sign
- Internal signer emails - Add any internal team members who need to review or sign
- Include any internal cc contacts - Add anyone who needs to be in cc of the document signing process
- Click Confirm to proceed
Step 3: Await confirmation on page
Once you have added all recipients and clicked Confirm, await confirmation on the SCOPE Better page for successful submission
After Export
After successfully exporting to AdobeSign:
- All signers will receive email notifications via AdobeSign
- You can track the signature status directly in AdobeSign
- Signed versions are not stored in SCOPE Better
