Users have the ability to Upload Fixed Fee Deliverables into the ScopeBetter platform individually or in bulk via our 'Upload Fixed Fee Deliverables' excel uploader.
Uploading an Individual Fixed Fee Deliverable
In order to upload an individual deliverable users should open "Library" and click "Create New".
Once selected the below pop-up appears and users must complete the full template and then click "Create". This will be highlight in orange when all the mandatory fields have been completed.
Uploading Multiple Deliverables
In order to use this feature users should open "Library" and click "...".
In "Add Item" drop-down click "Upload Fixed Fee Deliverables".
After 'Upload Deliverable' popup was open user has few options:
( 1 ) 'Generate Template' link allows the user to download an empty deliverables upload file. This file may be filled with valid deliverables data and used for upload
( 2 ) 'Instruction Manual' link will redirect the user to this page with upload instructions
( 3 ) Upload the completed file using the 'Browse' button
( 4 ) Before the user uploads fixed fee deliverables, the import file should be validated by the scope system
In case there is invalid or missing data in the completed upload file, the system will suggest the user downloads a generated excel file. That file will highlight all missing or invalid data marked with colours. The user may fix all marked data and upload this file back to the scope system.
After the file was successfully validated, the user will see a success message and will be able to upload the deliverables. Uploaded deliverables will be displayed on the page after a short delay.
An example of a valid upload deliverables import file is presented below.
Note: If you upload a library deliverable with multiple disciplines, the deliverable description should be specified only for the first discipline of each deliverable.
