Scenario pricing additions
- Include scenario pricing fields in the scope traffic payload
- Now the scenario pricing admins can create a configurable fee or discount based on conditional logic. Admin creates a fee prompt, selects “Fee” or “Discount” type of the fee object, leaving the user with the freedom to type in the value (%) of this fee/discount
- Much-awaited editing functionality to our scenario pricing feature. Now users can go back to the configuration form after they built the first version of their scope, edit their answers, see what deliverables will be taken out or added to the scope based on the new answers – and resubmit the form for the updated scope
- Ability to assign the Fee/Discount line items to either scope or deliverable level automatically based on the admin-created logic
Outputs
- A new functionality that allows to remove the component line items where their value is zero. This is a handy way to work with the templates and placeholder components in scopes, where they can be included in the Scope Overview but excluded when it comes to generating client-facing proposals
- New variables that show a sum of the component fees inside a single deliverable
- New widget table for comparison of different proposal scenarios withing the same scope
- We updated the filter on Scope Total Selling price variable so the users can choose if they want to include discounts, fees on different scope levels, TPCs and overtime.
- Users with Currency Conversion enabled functionality, can now create outputs in different currencies for the same scope
Integration service
- We added the component unit and total price values to scope webhook traffic payload
Currency conversion
- We now allow users to convert existing components from any currency to the currency of the scope on the fly
- We added the currency conversion variables to output builder: exchangeRate, currencyFrom, and currencyTo
Public API
- We updated our Swagger documentation with some additional descriptions to parameters and updated the required fields information
Bugs and improvements
- We released some performance improvements for Scope by Role approval flow
- UI improvements for handling long names of dynamic custom fields, ratecard and client names on the Ratecard and Client tiles respectively
- We released the fix for the email notifications that would allow unauthenticated users to be automatically redirected to the specific scope after they go through login process
- We refined some output variables for components prices, costs, quantities
- We added the ability to expand the description window by dragging up and down the corner of the description window
- We removed the restriction of minimum three characters from Discipline names
- We fixed the modal for role mapping between the scope and template’s rate cards where the “submit” button didn’t fit into the screen on laptop screens
