Improvements:

1. Fixed cost components that have no roles and hours attached to them got improved in these areas:

• Changed the ‘0’ listed under 'agency hours' / 'client hours' to a dash ('-').

• Action button (three dots) for the fixed cost items now doesn't contain the 'revert the fixed cost' option.

• Removed the ability to drop down the line item to see the make-up of roles/hours (where there are none set).

2. Since 'Azuqua' services became a part of the 'Okta' brand, the 'Azuqua' integration is also provided as 'Okta' now; all of the 'Azuqua' name occurrences are respectively changed to 'Okta'. 'Azuqua' SDK is replaced with standard traffic system framework.

3. Some security improvements were made.
