Bug fixes:
1. Fixed an issue when a collaborator unable to insert a shared library folder item into a scope (SE-2293).
2. Fixed an issue when the Default SOW Template uses an incorrect client-specific template (SE-2418).
3. Fixed an issue when a Calculator Table has missing data in the editor on the Output Word file (SE-2439).
