Bug fixes:

1. Fixed an issue when infinity spinner was displayed on the dashboard page when a user opens it (SE-2455)

2. Fixed an issue when the user was unable to retrieve all SOWs and Scopes after switched to 'Archived items' and back (SE-2456)

3. Fixed an issue when the user was unable to use recently created SoW output template for previously created Scope Of Work (SE-2271)

4. Fixed an issue with manual table error messages (SE-2302)

5. Fixed an issue when the user was unable to use all library deliverable disciplines for single scope from the 'Add a new deliverable' popup on the scope overview page (SE-2434)

Improvements:

Dashboard page was updated.

Now user is able to filter data on the Dashboard page in the 'Scope by Quantity' tab by Date Range ( 3 ) by selecting default time intervals or by specifying custom ( 4 ) and by scope archived status ( 2 ). 

Also, there is new 'Finance Reporting' ( 5 ) tab which contains data of all scopes with 'Closed' status.
