Bug fixes:

1. Fixed an issue when the user was unable to associate rate cards with brands under clients (SE-2380)

2. Fixed an issue when values against the deliverable sections were not shoved after scope duplication (SE-2381)

3. Fixed an issue when SM component does not contain roles after it was added into deliverable (SE-2330)
4. Fixed an issue when edited discipline name was not showing on the Data/deliverable tab or when adding a deliverable (SE-2359)

5. Fixed an issue when edited discipline name was not showing on Library item page (SE-2361)

Improvements:

Ability to add custom TPC Group.
From now on the user is able to create his own Third Party Group on 'Manage' -> 'Data' -> 'Third party costs' page.
Just click the 'Create New Third Party Cost Group' ( 1 )  button and fill the 'Create Third Party Cost Group' popup with valid data - group name ( 2 ) and group description ( 3 ) and click the 'Complete' ( 4 ) button.

Adding the ability to select currency to be uploaded
When uploading new rate card into scope system, user is able to specify in upload file which currency rate card should have.
