Improvements:

Additional variables for scope output builder were added. Type '${' in output builder and full list of variables will be displayed. Select variable and click on it. Selected variable will be added into output editor block.

New Deliverable content widget also was added. This widget allows you to use deliverable variables inside of it. Type '#{Deliverable' and select 'Deliverable content'. Empty table with one row will be added.

Inside 'Deliverable content' widget provides access to few new variables and sub widgets.

Variables are:

- Deliverable Name variable

- Deliverable Description variable

- Sub Total variable

Sub Widgets are:

- Component Content widget

- Deliverable TPC Content widget

Sub widget is a one row table which will be added into 'Deliverable content' widget.

'Component Content' widget provides access to 'Component Name' and 'Component Description' variables.

'Deliverable TPC Content' widget provides assess to 'Deliverable TPC Name', 'Deliverable TPC Description' and 'Deliverable TPC Cost' variables.

User can use variables and sub widget only inside 'Deliverable content' widget.

Bug fixes:

1. Fixed an issue when only 5 currencies were avaliable for rate card on create rate card page in currencies dropdown (SE-2234)
