Improvements:

1. Ability to create scope linked to multiple rate cards in Scope Of Work

From now on scope users that have more than one rate card can create Scope of Work linked to multiple rate cards. In order to do so the user should:

- open 'Manage' -> 'Clients' tab and assign few rate cards to a client/brand

- go to 'My Scopes' page and create Scope of Work using the client with multiple rate cards. On the scope creation page, you will see the 'Add budget' ( 1 ) button. Click it and you will be able to select which currencies will be used in multi rate card Scope of Work.

- after all required budgets were added on Scope of Work overview page user may create single scopes using all rate cards which are linked to a SoW client and have one of the currencies selected for multi rate card Scope of Work. All SoW budgets and currencies will be displayed in the header of the overview page.

2. 'Data' page was added. On that page, the user has access to scope deliverables, scope disciplines, scope Third Party Costs, and library Third Party Costs. Following elements are located on the 'Data' page:

( 1 ) - scope deliverables

( 2 ) - scope disciplines

( 3 ) - scope and library Third Party Costs

( 4 ) - search field

( 5 ) - starred components

( 6 ) - all components

( 7 ) - disabled scope component

( 8 ) - starred scope component

( 9 ) - unstarred default scope component

( 10 ) - scope component size drop-down

( 11 ) - scope deliverable or Third Party Costs description

On the 'Data' page the user is able to:

- enable and disable the use of specific components for scope discipline. The disabled component will not be displayed on the deliverable builder page and can not be used for any deliverable.

- star and unstar scope components for quick access on the deliverable builder page. The starred components are displayed on the starred components tab of the deliverable builder page. The user is able to add all of them at once by clicking 'Select all components' ad drag them into scope deliverable one by one.

- edit scope component name ( 1 ), scope component description ( 2 ), scope component role hours ( 3 ), remove component department/role ( 4 ) or add new scope roles to a component ( 5 )

- change scope component display order for scope deliverable builder page

3.  New scope disciplines were added to scope app:

- Analytics
- Biddable Media
- Client Finance
- Media Planning
- SEO (media)
- Social (media)

Bug fixes:

1. Fixed an issue when the user was unable to add library deliverable into single scope from the scope overview page (SE-2053)

2. Fixed an issue when the user turns off rate cards for a member and then library items are not loading (SE-1272)

3. Fixed an issue when 'My Scopes' page doesn't load scopes for a specific client (SE-2202)

4. Text (Clients)=xxx in the breakdown table was removed (SE-2063)
