Improvements:
1. Multiple Date Format Options are available for output editor.
Open Output Editor and double click on any added table widget or variable.
On configuration popup switch to 'Advanced Settings' tab. Here you can choose from multiple UK or US date formats.
2. Configuration elements were added for Deliverable Resource Table Two widget.
In the Output Editor double click on Deliverable Resource Table Two widget and a popup with available configurations will be shown.
Bug fixes:
1. Fixed an issue when inconsistent formatting between a widget table and text appeared in the output file (SE-2119)
