Improvements:

1. The validation of the location name for the client was updated.

2. The user is now able to use decimals where values/fees/currency totals are shown.

   -  Open output editor and double click on the variable or table with values/fees/currency totals

    - On configuration popup switch to 'Advanced settings' tab

    - Click on 'Decimals after price' (1) and select how many decimals characters you want to see in the output file

Bug fixes:

1. Fixed an issue when used library component was losing all roles after its size was changed on scope deliverable overview page (SE-2158)
2. Fixed an issue when the user was unable to use the ampersand and other symbols (SE-2107)
