Improvements:

1. Ratecard import include all roles option is enabled by default
2. All roles with zero hours were removed from Smartsheet export

Bug fixes:

1. Fixed an issue when an updated component was displayed without price (SE-1437)
2. Fixed an issue when locations page for the client was not loading (SE-2170)
3. Fixed an issue when search criteria were not held (SE-1952)
