Improvements:

1. Header toggler ( 1 ) was added for user to select if the header is to repeat on all pages or only on 1st page only

Bug fixes:

1. Fixed an issue when group members from the second agency were unable to create a scope using a shared rate card (SE-2055)
2. Fixed an issue when the second table with discounts and third party costs  was showing currency abbreviation instead of the symbol (SE-2064)
3. Fixed an issue when Output Template Number 2 was displayed in the gallery (SE-2093)
4. Fixed an issue when the user was unable to duplicate library deliverable discipline which contained updated library 3rd party cost item (SE-2096)
