Release May, 22nd, 2020 – Scope

Improvements:

1. Shared clients now displayed on the client's tab.

Each client shared by another agency from a group now displayed on the client's tab.

2. Each upload template was renamed. Upload template is a file which user can download from any upload popup.

3. Agency has an ability to upload deliverables via excel spreadsheet

In order to use this feature user should open 'Library' and click 'Add Item' -> 'Upload Deliverables'.

Then 'Upload Deliverable' popup will be displayed. Here user can download upload file with all required fields in it and simply fill it with data, also user may read the instruction manual for further information.

After the deliverable upload file passes will be validated user will be able to create all specified deliverables.

4. An option to include/exclude section data in the deliverable resource table was added.

On edit output template page open section with deliverable table and double click on the table. Here you can choose which data will be displayed in the output file.

5. Scope of Work template gallery was added.

Now the user is able to create Scope of Work output templates and store them in the gallery.

Scope of Work output gallery is located in the same tab as single scope output gallery. All SoW templates are marked with 'SOW' tag.

6. Smartsheet export template was updated by request from our clients.

Bug fixes:

Fixed an issue when the user was unable to add deliverable into single scope (SE-2082)
Fixed an issue when an 'unknown' component appearing for every deliverable selected using the 'star' function (SE-1887)
Fixed an issue when the member with disabled 'Set ScopeMark Component details' library permission was able to change component name and description (SE-2013)
Fixed an issue when the client uploader Logo URL links were not pulled logo (SE-2013)
Fixed an issue when 'Cannot read property 'rateCardIdentity' of null' error was displayed in the browser console after user duplicates component discipline (SE-1851)
