Improvements:

1. Country format on Location Uploader. Now the user is able to upload Locations for a client using not only names but country codes as well (e.g. UK or US/USA).

2. The user is able to upload ratecards with metadata fields. Metadata fields for ratecards can be added via 'Manage' -> 'Application settings' -> 'Configure Ratecard Meta-Structure' but only if the user has such permission. Once these fields have been set up, they will appear on the upload template. 

3. The user is able to filter columns on the advanced search page.

4. The ability to share Output Templates via Groups was added.

The user is now able to share its output templates between group members. In order to do so, the user should open the 'Manage' -> 'Groups' page. Then the user should create a group with members or open already existing group.

From the group overview page user should open 'Share Settings' for the group and switch to the 'Shared Output' tab. Here the user is able to specify which output templates and to which member should be shared. Only group members with enabled permissions will be able to see and edit shared output templates.

Shared templates will be marked with a sign ( 1 ) so user always will be able to recognize them.

Bug fixes:

1. Fixed an issue when errors were displayed in the browser console after user generates upload template (SE-2039)
2. Fixed an issue when the user was unable to use library fixed cost deliverable from deliverable overview page for scope with different ratecard (SE-1930)
3. Fixed an issue when page number was not inserted into scope output file via 'Page No.' variable (SE-2022)
