Improvements

1. On scope overview page user now able to create a section for deliverables. Each section has own start and end date and may contain multiple deliverables. This feature will help users to break massive Single Scope onto phases which will ease work

In order to create section for deliverable user should open single scope and click (...) - 'Add section'

Specify section name on 'Add Section' popup and click 'Complete'.

Created section will be immediately added into Single scope. User is able to:

( 1 ) - rename section

( 2 ) - select start date

( 3 ) - select end date

( 4 ) - drag & drop deliverable into section

( 5 ) - collapse/expand section

( 6 ) - delete section with all deliverables

If you want to delete section - be aware because all deliverables will be deleted with the section as well.

Bug fixes

1. Fixed an issue when error 400 was displayed in the console after a click on 'Create new version' for a SOW  with 'In Review' status (SE-1372)
2. Fixed an issue when ‘Agency Price’ price was not displayed for any deliverable inside the scope for a specific client (SE-1708)
3. Fixed an issue when user was unable to add deliverable with different ratecard into scope as a specific client (SE-1396)
