Release February, 11th, 2020

Improvements:

1. In order to make ratecard default, user should open ratecard and click on the 'Default ratecard' slider ( 1 ). After this slider will be locked. 

In order to change default ratecard, user should open non-default ratecard and simply click on 'Default ratecard' slider. Slider will become locked and ratecard will become default.

Long ratecard names now will be displayed by wrapping text on a new line and without abbreviations. Maximal length of ratecard name is 50 letters.

2. User now able to specify agency hours in minutes.

In order to do this, you need to go to 'Manage' - 'Application settings'

On 'Application settings' tab expand 'Deliverable' drop-down and turn on 'Enable Agency Hours with Minutes' setting.

Now on user will be able to increase or decrease agency hours for a role on deliverable builder page. Agency hours for the role will be changed by 15 minutes by clicking ( 2 ). After 'Agency Hours with Minutes' setting was enabled user still will be able to use hours without minutes by clicking ( 1 ).

3. Now user has an ability to add custom field in rate-card
In order to do so, user need to go to 'Manage' - 'Application' and click 'Configure Ratecard Meta-Structure' ( 1 ) button.

On 'Define Ratecard Meta-Structure' popup user is able to add ( 1 ) up to three additional fields. Each fields may be renamed ( 2 ) or deleted ( 3 ).

Added custom fields will be displayed in the ratecard . 

Meta-structure of the existing ratecard may be updated by user. In order to do this user should open ratecard and click (...) -> 'Update MetaStructure' and custom fields will appear in the existing ratecard.

Bug fixes:

1. Fixed an issue when custom component associated with different ratecard than library deliverable was added into that deliverable without any roles (SE-1805)
2. Fixed an issue when the user was unable to see any components in the component panel (SE-1792)
3. Fixed an issue when errors 504 and 500were displayed in the console when user click on 'Scope by Roles' on the dashboard (SE-1784)
4. Fixed an issue when different FTE values were displayed on single scope breakdown tab and in the output document (SE-1782)
5. Fixed an issue when scope status is not changed to 'Draft' after scope version was declined (SE-1771)
6. Fixed an issue when switching ON or OFF  notification settings cause errors in the console (SE-1699)
7. Fixed an issue when Agency Roles amount was not updated after agreeing to update ratecard version (SE-1593)
