1. Fixed an issue, when 'Delete role/department' popup is not closing after role/department was deleted (SE-1733)
2. Fixed an issue, when 'Clear Traffic Import Cache' popup is not closing after the cache was cleared (SE-1731)
3. Fixed an issue, when user was unable to add deliverable into single scope from the scope overview page (SE-1732)
