How to update my company details

Overview

This guide explains how to edit/update your company details page within SCOPE Better.

Prerequisites

1. You must be signed in to your SCOPE Better Account.
2. You must have the right 'User Permissions' enabled on your account.

Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1- Navigate to Company Details

1. Click Manage
2. Click Company Details

Step 2 Update Chosen Field

1. Company name is defined in agency registration process. Name is used in email notification, scope output and groups.
2. Country field is used to specify the agency country.
3. Number of employees shows the size of the agency.
4. Number of estimators show the number of company estimators.
5. Default Third Party Cost Mark Up 
6. Agency discipline and Agency industry speciality are used in defining appropriate deliverable type in deliverable builder.
7. Agency Date Format
8. Price plan cannot be changed manually. Subscription plan defines allowed features of the system that can be used.
9. FTE 
10. Save changes when everything is finished.
11. Upload agency photo to use it in outputted docs.
