Overview
MSA Line Items can be fees or discount items added to your Company Details page and assigned to 1+ client cards. This fee or discount will then automatically appear on every scope (to the whole scope) created by your users for those clients with the MSA item applied.
Pre-Requisites
- Members must have a SCOPE Better account
- MSA Creators must have the correct permission to do so
- MSA Items must be assigned to at least 1 Client to be utilized
Step-By-Step Instruction
- Go to Manage>Company Details
- Choose the '+' icon to Add new MSA Line Item
3. Name your MSA Line Item
4. Assign it as a fee or discount using the '+' or '-' icons
5. Choose wether your MSA item is a percentage or a fee using the '%' or '$' icons
6. Choose 'Save'
7. Go to Manage>Clients
8. Select the client card(s) for those clients which will utilize the MSA Item
9. Go to the MSA Item field
10. Choose the MSA Item to be applied to that Client.
NOTE: Only one MSA can be set per client. The same MSA can be set to multiple clients.
