Overview
This guide explains how to invite collaborators to your scope. These users once added to the 'Team' will be able to edit, add deliverables, components, roles and collaborate with the scope creator on the scope.
Prerequisites
- You must be signed in to your SCOPE Better Account.
- You must be the creator and have created at least one Scope.
- You must have the right 'User Permissions' enabled on your account
Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1 Click on the 'Team' Tab
Within your existing or selected scope select the 'Team' tab.
Step 2- Add Member
- Click 'Add Member' from the top right corner
- Choose 'Collaborator, as required
Step 3- Choose Team Member
- Search for by name, or choose the member from the dropdown list to add as a scope Collaborator
Step 4- Confirm 'Add Users'
- Confirm selection of chosen collaborator
