Added new output template
This feature will provide an ability for Scope application users to use additional output template 'Output template - No2'. It is based on an existing Output theme in Scope system.
Figure 1. As can be seen in the image above, the users are able to select a new output template from the 'Output Template Gallery' when adding a new template.
Figure 2. 'Output template - No2' is fully customizable. Users are able to modify the content of any block of the template.
Figure 3. Using template variables users are able to format the output template with dynamically changing data (${scope:total}, ${agency:name}, etc.)
Following features were added in the template:
- 'From' and 'Date' information
- Logo align
- Numerical values are formatted
- Paragraphs are separated with one space line
- 'USD' is converted to a dollar sign
- Agency Services Fees text dynamically comes from the company name field
- Typos in the text were corrected
- Formatting of text and list was changed
- Different date formats
- User name was printed in the approval section of the document
- Tables for deliverables, resources, OOP tool expenses, and summary table
In conclusion, users will have convenient output template which contains all needed information grouped in tables.
