The Master Output Templates are the ability for your organization to create a number of document templates to be output that are client facing. These may include Change Orders, Estimates, Scope of Works, Quotes and more. 

SCOPE Better allows you to create as many output/document formats as you might need to accommodate different styles and layouts as you might need, to meet your business styling or your clients requirements. 

Different outputs can have different font styles, tables, layouts and images. They could also consist of different structures of data. For example, you may have one Master Output Template that provides a detailed list of all deliverables, components, prices, roles, hours and more. While another may only produce the top level deliverable services being sold, with a price for the work as a total. 

They can include or exclude discounts, roles, prices, and other information as needed. 

As an Administrator, with the relevant permissions to create these different Master Output Templates, you can create from scratch, duplicate or upload your Templates, and insert variables as needed. It is the variable data points that will pull through per scope, ensuring each Output matches the detail of the scope that has been produced. Different Master Output Templates can contain different data variables. Different text, tables and formats as needed.
