Scope by Role improvements 

• While before it was only possible to save a Task from Scope, now the admin users can create a library of Tasks outside of the Scope. There is also a bulk upload option from Excel file for the users who want to create multiple Tasks in one go. 
• Adding saved Third Party Costs from the Library is also available now. 

 

 

Scope by Work improvements 

• Admin users can now upload Components with roles that have zero hours to the library. Having roles with zero hours in the components will allow admins to better guide users in their scope building as the roles can be pre-selected for the users leaving them with the flexibility to add the desired number of hours. 

Output editor 

• Big update to the Output editor for adding Variables. They are now all listed in a hierarchical menu on the right side of the screen, and the users can drag and drop them into document. 

    

• As Variables can be added for different levels of Scope, we nested them under the corresponding Content Widget, so the users can easily see which level the variables are in and which content widget to use 

 

• We made it easier to see the nested Content Widgets inside the document and let users navigate between different levels by the added tabs with the widget name 

 

• As before, Variables and Widgets are available for our newer, HTML based templates. To avoid confusion, we are now clearly marking the Legacy templates where the Variables and Widgets functionality is not available (see below). 

 

Other improvements 

• We added pagination to the Clients page. Now the users with big numbers of clients can view their clients page by page and select the number of clients cards to display per page. 

 

• By popular demand, we now allow to access SCOPE account from the same browser in different tabs 

Bugs and fixes

• Date format change on the account propagates through the platform 
• “Previous” button works on Scope by Work form
• “Deliverable total” is visible when editing in Deliverable builder
• Unable to change quantity of Tasks in Scope by Role bug is fixed
• Deliverable fee item is unavailable for Company users in Deliverable builder bug is fixed
• User can’t upload the docx template to Output editor bug is fixed
• Brands bulk upload bug is fixed
• Public API Budget Balance bug is fixed and the value is calculated in the same way as on the user interface.
