How to create an agency ratecard?

Overview

This guide will explain how to create an individual rate card within the SCOPE Better platform.

Prerequisites

1. You must have a SCOPE Better account.
2. You must have the correct user permissions.

Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1- Go to 'Manage' tab and access the Rate cards page

1. Click on 'Manage'
2. Click on 'Rate Cards'

Step 2- Click Add rate card 

Step 3 Complete 'Create Ratecard form'

1. Enter your Ratecard name 
2. Please select a currency from the currency drop-down list 

3. Please click Save button after you add your agency departments and roles

   

Step 4- Build out your Rate Card

1. Add your Department name
2. Add your role name
3. Add your role rate 
4. Add your role cost rate
5. Click Save
