Overview
This article shows you how to log into your SCOPE Better system either using email and password or Single Sign on.
Pre-Requisite
- User must have an activated SCOPE Better account
Step-By-Step Instruction
Each customer has their own URL pre-fix followed by '.scope.expert'. This detail can be provided to you by your SCOPE Administrator, or accessed via the Company Details page, under Subdomain. However, simply adding 'scope.expert' into the URL bar will still log you into the correct system.
If logging in for the first time:
- An invite will be sent to you by your SCOPE owner. Click on the 'Join the Scope' button within this email to activate your account. Check your Junk Folder for the email.
NOTE: Do not attempt to reuse this link once you have activated.
Complete the details requested and create and account.
2. Once you have activated your account, all future login will be accessed via scope.expert/login (or your subdomain.scop.expert) and you will be directed to the following log in page:
NOTE: Some systems will only allow log in via SSO in which case, the email/password option will not be visible.
