1. Aligning your existing data to ScopeMark for benchmarking purposes. 
This process reviews your existing data, and aligns it to SCOPE disciplines, deliverables and components, giving you a like for like comparison of data in order to utilise our benchmarking information.

2. Taxonomy Gap Analysis
Our team will then full asses your data, matching it closely to the ScopeMark data sets, providing you with a list of missing components that we believe should be included in your taxonomy based on industry standards for each deliverable.

3. Taxonomy Benchmarking
Following the data alignment and gap analysis pieces, SCOPE would migrate the newly labelled and analysed data into your SCOPE library for users to easily select and use. This providing them with pre-defined deliverables, pre-loaded with agreed and industry standard components detail.

This work can include re-labelling ScopeMark data and make up to suit the clients own requirements for select deliverables.
